SpaceX is advancing toward its next two Starship launches as the company prepares to complete its 2026 launch schedule. NASASpaceFlight reported that Flight 15 is targeting a November launch, while Flight 16 is aimed for December 2026. [1]

The upcoming Flight 15 mission aims to catch both the Super Heavy booster and the upper-stage Ship upon recovery. According to NASASpaceFlight, Flight 16 could become the first Starship launch to lift off from Launch Complex 39A. [1]

Flight 15 will be the fifteenth launch and second operational flight of the fully reusable, super heavy-lift launch system. It is planned to launch uncrewed from Orbital Launch Pad 2 at Starbase in Texas to reach low Earth orbit, using Booster 22 and Ship 42. [2][3]

SpaceX will complete only five Starship launches in 2026 due to the transition between Block 2 and Block 3 vehicle architectures, NASASpaceFlight reported. The company continues to project hundreds of launches per year from Starbase in the longer term. [1]
